Case study 05
A friendly brand and launch site for a YouTube upload sidekick that writes your titles and descriptions, picks the thumbnail and publishes on schedule.
The brief
Pomio takes a raw video file and does the upload busywork: it writes the title, description, chapters and tags, picks a thumbnail from the strongest frames and publishes when the audience is watching. Most creator tools look like analytics dashboards, and a solo creator is being asked to hand over their channel. The brand had to feel friendly enough to trust with that, and the launch site had to explain a four-step product before anyone scrolled far.
What we built
The identity came first: a red wordmark with a play-button accent, and a flat bear mascot with a satchel who carries each upload from your drive to your channel. The landing page opens on three verbs, Automate, Create, Upload, then walks through the four steps (drop the video, metadata written, thumbnail picked, published on time) with a character illustration for each. A second section sets out the two ways to work, fully hands-free or approving every step, and a ticker of generated titles and descriptions shows the output in motion. Stickers cut from the brand sheet carry the personality without heavy imagery.
